In Vietnam, a total of 19 859 cases of Dengue Fever , including 20 deaths, were reported so far this year. In the past week, there was a report of over 1 400 Dengue Fever patients in 27 locations, 4 of them died of the disease.

Turkey so far reported 551 cases of Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever with 33 deaths in 2008.

Yemen: Dengue Fever [update 2]
Yemen reported 1 903 suspected cases of Dengue Fever with 115 being confirmed since the beginning of this year. Recently, 3 people died in the province of Shabwa due to suspected Dengue Fever.
